Halloween Event Consultants

National Coal Mining Museum

October 2018

In October 2018 young people acted as consultants on the National Coal Mining Museum’s first Halloween event program. Consultants evaluated the program offer for young people by acting as mystery shoppers. After experiencing the events, consultants presented their feedback and suggestions to Museum staff. The Museum used this feedback to improve its engagement with young people. This included the development of a Young Volunteers program at the Museum.
