The purpose of IVE’s Safeguarding policy is to protect children,  young people and adults at risk who receive IVE’s services (this includes the children of adults who use our services) and to provide IVE staff and volunteers with the overarching principles that guide our approach to safeguarding and child protection. IVE believes that a child, young person or adult at risk should never experience abuse of any kind.

In cases where activity is delivered by our partners it will be more appropriate to refer to their individual safeguarding policies. These can be requested from them separately.
